License To Carry Handgun Course Training

• Regular - $75.00 - $250.00
• Online Class - $58.00

The State of Texas requires that you receive a 4-6 hours of training, not including range time and testing.

You will receive lot of useful information during the 4-6 hours. You'll be treated to a professionally prepared multimedia presentation, complete with video, photos and graphics. Discussion and questions are always encouraged.

Range Qualification at an air conditioned indoor range

Your LTC class fee includes:

• 4-6 hours of classroom instruction in a comfortable classroom
• Written exam and Proficiency Demostrations
• LTC Target - B27

Your LTC class fee does NOT include:

• Range Qualification fees
• Ammo for qualification test (you will need a minimum of 50 rds, you can bring your own, purchase from the range. (NO STEEL CASE. BRASS AMMO ONLY)  
• For Beginner Handgun - If you cannot safely load, unload, and operate a handgun, we do teach BEGINNER 101 CLASS. Please sign-up for that before coming to class.
• Apply on line first @ www.dps.texas.gov
• Fingerprints must be submitted electronically through the Fingerprint Application Services of Texas (FAST). Online applicants are automatically prompted to schedule fingerprints during online application process.
• LTC-6 PHOTO HOLDER - Texas DL/ID photo and signature on file is now being utilized for security purposes and efficiency. No photo required for renewal.
• AFFIDAVITS - Affidavits are completed electronically when applying online. Notary is not required for online affidavits.

You'll need to complete the Online LTC Application with the State of Texas before submitting your paperwork to the state. This may be done before or after your class. The Fee is $40.00 depending on your status.

Don't have a gun?
If you don't have a gun to use in your LTC Class, no problem, we can loan you one for $10-20.00 per session for the training & qualifications . Ammo must be purchased seperately. 

Note: The prices above on class fees do not include licensing fees paid directly to the State of Texas. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your class fee if you do not attend or pass.

Due to the obvious dangers present in this business, caprisecuregloballlc.com reserves the right to refuse training or qualification to anyone for any reason.

 We recommend you bring the following items to:

 RANGE:

1. HANDGUN - Semi Auto handgun or revolver of 32 calibre or lager in a case or bag.
2. Eyes and Hearing Protections.
3. At least 50 Rounds of Ammo
4. If you don't have a gun, NO PROBLEM, we can loan you one for $10-20.00 per session for the TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS.

CLASSROOM:

1. No WEAPONS will be allowed in the classroom. Please leave your weapons locked up. Firearms will be brought into the range after classroom time.
2. Non U.S. Citizen must provide legal documentations.
3. Legal Pad or Notebook.
4. Black Ballpoint pen and #2 Pencil

Breaks will be given every hour. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations that might affect your ability to take this training.
